Cascadians for a Livable Future

We support community climate science activism and promote environmental education in the Pacific Northwest. We dedicate ourselves to protect our region's natural resources and residents, foster forests, bolster biodiversity, ramp-up renewable energy, drive decarbonization, and ensure environmental justice. Our focus lies in providing actionable steps for individuals and community groups to promote 100% renewable energy, clean air and water, conservation of natural resources, and a healthy, livable future.

We are living in a climate emergency caused by extraction and burning of fossil fuels. Evidence includes wildfire frequency and intensity, extreme weather events, and sea level rise. We believe that by working together urgently to make immediate positive changes, we can combat worsening fossil fuel-caused disasters and suffering. Cascadia CAN (and must) lead the way.
